My preparation for the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle 2016 will obviously involved a lot of running. But it’s also going to require that I focus on strength training and yoga.
I recently came across a great blogger who happens to be a certified yoga instructor. She recently published a great blog post about 5 Yoga Poses for Runners. I tried the poses after today's run and they work wonders. I strongly recommend you check it out.
