We may not like it, but we need stress to grow.
Our greatest growth doesn't occur when things are easy, our greatest growth occurs in times of stress.
Stress expands our capabilities - it stretches our being.
But constant stress is not good for us. We have to learn to step back out of stress. We can accomplish this by taking a nap, by working out, by listening to music, by going out for chocolate.
Once we escape stress and step back, only then can we realize how far we have come.
And, when we re-enter that activity that causes us stress, it will be easier to recognize and handle.
