March Fitness Challenge

Weekend update: I wanted to add new exercises to my workout, so I had a 3-4 hours weight lifting training session with a friend and I got more than I bargained for. I haven't been this sore in a very long time. It's definitely a way of knowing I took my training to a whole new level. ♥ I'm excited.
