Seattle, WA - (October 3, 2014) - Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is not a new thing, but it's becoming increasingly popular these days. NLP Choices is slated to host an Easy Change workshop in October to give individuals firsthand experience about the power of the program.

NLP was created by Richard Bandler in the 1970's and is purported to enable individuals to reprogram their behavior and beliefs to come into alignment with their goals and values. Topics to be covered at the workshop include: how to acquire new abilities, how to get rid of unwanted behaviors and how to become more focused, centered, relaxed and congruent.

NLP Choices has been running successful workshops and training programs for a number of years. A former participant of one of their programs said, "I came to the class looking for tools. That's what I mainly came for, that was my purpose, so I could deal with a difficult time in my life. And I received many tools and much more. I felt like it was a gift."

Easy Change is a hands-on workshop that promises to be laced with fun and excitement. The workshop will take place October 11-12, 2014 from 9:00am-5:00pm at NLP Choices’ Training Center, 3631 Stone Way N, Seattle, 98103. The cost to attend the workshop is $225 for individuals who register by October 8 and $250 for those who register after that date.
