Stay on Track with your Fitness over the Holidays



The holidays are a hard time to stay fit, but there are lots of ways to stay fit during the holidays. Most of us will gain seven pounds as a result of indulging in extra holiday treats and exercising less. My friends at Sync Fitness have a fantastic blog with great tips.
