Nothing like women empowering one another!! History on the field as the NFL's first female official Sarah Thomas meets its first female coach Jen Welter. Thomas officiated during Saturday's preseason game between the Arizona Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs. She was hired in April and will be part of referee Pete Morelli’s crew.
