Every day is a new beginning.






Try to spend at least 5 minutes a day in meditation. 
Being still with yourself allows you to feel the music of life moving through you as silence. This is when the answers come. 

Spend a few minutes evaluating your life, and very quickly, without over analyzing, write down what works and what doesn't. Now, how can you let go of what doesn't work? Living blissfully means creating a life that contains people and experiences that support that.
