How to Make Spaghetti with Squash

Prep Time : 35 minutes (less if u ask me) Start to Finish: 35 mins Servings: 6

An Ordered List:

1. Prick squash with fork; place on microwavable paper towel in micowave. Microwave high for 8 mins, turn squash over and repeat another 8 mins until tender. let stand 10 mins
2. Meanwhile, cook and drain spaghetti (I used angel hair) return to sauce pan
3. Cut squash lengthwise in half, remove seeds and fibers just at the middle. Reserve one half for another use. From other half remove spaghetti like strands with 2 forks. reserve shell. add squash and remaining ingredients to spaghetti in sauce pan. Toss. Serve in the shell of the squash

4. INGREDIENTS:
5. Medium Spaghetti Squash @ 3lbs
6. 4oz uncooked spaghetti broken in half
7. 2 T. grated parm cheese
8. 2 T. butter or margarine melted
9. 1 T. chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
10. 1/2 t of garlic salt
11. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (I used cilantro)
